Day 640: Happy Spring!

It is first full day of Spring and when I wake up, it is 37 degrees out of doors, and 55 degrees in of doors!
It is nice day wif the sun what did shine, so I take opportunity to show you a few fings in my yard... First, here is the newly mulched base of my pecan tree...
And I show you the Bleu who is shnoofin out Sammy's place. Big Boy is too close to the philodendrons what are now boaf cleaned up and also sproutin anew... and he is gettin called at same time this photo was taken.
Funny fing bout the Bleu: he can hear slightest crinkle of celophane in kitchen, but he cannot hear he own name hollered in backyard... Just sayin.

And here is the me admirin how well landscape dude clean up the mess that the winter made!
Last weekend was Azalea Trail weekend in Houston, and it musta been pitiful. Here is the only bloomin blooms I have on this one most bloomin shrub...
It is overloaded wif the buds, but it was extra cold this winter so the bloomins is behind a few weeks!
And what we have here...
is a crop, similar to cotton, what is in abundance a round here and we are lookin to market it.

My the Mom say if we find good market for the fur and the "businesses" (particulary the businesses)... we are RICH and she can retire and be wif the us all time!
Add pecans and fruit pits to our produce list and I gonna get right on the marketin... and we will soon be livin the LARGE! Just sayin.

I also want to tell you about Big Belated Birfday Celebration... but the camera and the compy have decided not to talk to each other any longer today. It was big fun, more than tasty and I can't wait to show you... tomorrow!

We don't get to sell our spare hair - but the birdies love to take it and make nests out of it. So at least we are recyclin'.
