Day 700: 700 Fings I Love... And Also Today's Update

Happy 700f Day!!!

On auspicious occasion of my 700f day here
wif the My Sweet Mom in My Forever Home, 

I make list of 700 fings I love about Second Life, and here goes:

Today's Update

The Mom come home all tired but also perky today. And first fing what happen is we have surprise note in the mailbox! I know it is for the me on a counta I can read the envelope... See?

And wif just one shnoof, I conclude... It is from the Dory!!! Hey the Bleu, come shnoof!

Big Boy come a runnin on a counta he kinda got the sweets for the Dory cause she is so pretty and also spunky and now he all enamored on a counta... she send the pretty card!

Me and the Bleu are beggin the Mom "open up card, let us read!" when freakish sunshine come frew the clerestory window and make for wierd pitcher. Just sayin but I digress.

Here is the front of the pretty card, all monogrammed and all, I am jealous but also really frilled to receive it!

And I must tell you, the Dory has excellent pengirlship. And I just love her printed signature!!!

Me and the Bleu [and also the Mom, of course] treasure this card... and more than that, we treasure the Friendship! Just sayin!!!

And speakin of the Mom... She come home kinda like the Mom on a mission...

We do some outside stuff... the usual and also the stuff we do when Lawn Dude is here, on a counta he is! 

I make mental note of my bloomin night cereus... and maybe tonight is the night! Woohoo!

But then I quickly return my foughts and followins to the Mom who is gatherin and assemblin and stuffin fings into bags and also boxes... and such fings include our foods canister and snacks and such what are packed neatly in one of our food cartons which the Mom has placed by the door to the trolley.

I may not be keepin an eye on the box(es)... but I am for a fact keepin an eye on the Mom!

Day 668: May I Have A Roll Please...!

Ok, DRUM roll is not what I was askin for, but I guess it is fittin on a counta it is time to announce the winners of this fabulous Global Event!

And I do believe we are ALL winnners, on a counta what fun it has been to meet new folks. I have enjoyed ever single minute of it... well, except for today did not turn out quite like I had planned.

You see, we have had day of funderstorms today. My mood has swung between anxiety and exhaustion, and I have spent the day either in the bunker or hidin behind my first line of storm defense... The Bleu!

Ever time I start to Spin-the-Bleu, it start funderin again, and I have to retreat to the bunker. [Real time radar below. It not rainin here but I can sure hear the funder!]

And Big Boy is too exhausted (from stearin clear of the panic + funeral music all afternoon) to spin on he own... so we go wif Random Number Generator. It not nearly as fun as spinnin the Bleu... but yeu have to make deu on funderstorm days, I beg you please understand!

Day 573: Surprise!!!

I fink we can all agree... Life Wif Dogs is just a bout funnest fing ever!!! Why, even I... the Luke... must set aside my macho pride and give the big props where the big props are due. That Nigel Buggers is some fing else! And bout monf ago, he have contest... he say visit the blog of  Bev B and Blue Collar Dog Treats, and identify last pitcher of this post! 

I enter... and much to my SURPRISE... I win!!! And just take a look at the beautiful package what delivered to The Wright Brothers today!!!

I quickly read a sweet note from Bev (close up pitchers the Mom took were blurry... will try to retake!)... and then quiver and snort... Let's get this open!!!

One beautiful layer off... and then there's a nother beautiful layer! Wif each off... the smell is better and better!!!

Open it up open it up open it up open it up open it up! ... Another beautiful layer!!! Check out sticker on tissue... it say 'GOOD DOG'... It almost like the Bev she know me personally! Just sayin. :o)

Oh my Dog... these treats smell HEAVENLY!!! Open it up open it up open it up open it up open it up!!! [What i would give for opposable fumbs!]

And the Bleu he is behind me sayin "Hurry hurry hurry hurry hurry hurry hurry hurry"

The eagle has landed, the package is opened and I am sitting!!! ... And seconds later savorin the tastiest treat I've tasted in a L O N G time! Mmmmmmm...

And here if the Bleu, and you cannot tell but he is smackin his lips on a counta the peanut budder is just that peanut buddier!!! Mmmmmmmmmm...

And I also smack my lips and quickly sit again for "Please O Please I beg you... may I have one more Blue Collar Treat???

I fank you from bottom of my sweet heart... but really you don't have to hold me back from helpin the Bleu clean up the crumbs from he second treat... Just sayin.

Day 370: Sugarific Contest!

Before Paradise, I never beed inside... much less have opportunity to get on stuff! Took quite a bit of time for me to even hop on big bed wif the Mom's beggin and couragement! But let me set stage for my entry...

Early mornin hours of Saturday, September 13f, 2008. Hurricane Ike come right up frew my back yard and hit us wif his vengance (thus sayef the Lord). I just thought thunder storm was baddest thing in world but was WRONG! And it was A DARK LOUD NIGHT and or mornin and I welcome you to read my archives on a counta they are kinda funny (now). But I digress...

Two weeks after fact on September 27f, 2008... we still had no tricity... but we WERE celebratin my 100f day in what I was beginnin to think of as "captivity" rather than paradise... Just sayin.

Anyway, the Aunt Karen made some cookies for the Mom... but I am pretty darn certain they were intended for the me.

What I wish I could add to the still photo is the audio of the generators of Day 14 what were growin so old most includin me could no longer hear whever they had run out of the gas but could only tell cause what little cool airs had croaked.

Our inside life was minimized to life in bedroom wif very tiny bit of cool airs and fan and sometime snowy local tv.

It was miserable by my brief standard of life in between landin in Paradise and the Ike landin in my back yard... but was still just short of Heaven, in comparison to all what came be the fore!

I hope you enjoy the photo... I say before, and I say now... No way I can beat the Sugar in funny photo contest!!!! I not in it to win it. I here to play!!! Hands down, I laugh hard when I see the photos of my bully friends most specially!!! She and they are funny to the extreme!!!...
