Day 746: Work & Play!

My the Mom worked this Ha-liday Monday on Big Project for Big Client... Time is more important than Budget on these projects...

But troof-fully, wif the deadlines as they are... there is only so much time what can be worked! Just sayin! At any rate, Client is wonderful. And the Mom is grateful for the work... old, tired AND grateful!

Enough of the blah blah blah stuff, let me tell you about last night! 

The Mom met the Aunt Dav and Uncle Benjy for dinner, and in so doin... the Mom bring home a giant bag of toys what the Cousin Lovey want (1) me and the Bleu to go frew to pick out a few we like, and (2) to give to the GRRH Rescues who are SO in need and want and also so very deservin! My the Mom fink we look at em tomorrow, but the Aunt Dav call and say 'why have you not done it???'. 

Well... I was asweep in the bunker, and the Bleu was dozin at the end of the big bed. The Mom opened up the huge bag wif the Aunt Dav on the phone... and she paw frew and find cute whale she fink the Bleu will love... and she give it to him. Now, he is drowsy, but he take it and swowy and begin to squeak it. Hearin it, I rouse from the bunker and come out to shnoof source of the sounds... but then I insist I need go outside.

I go out, followed by the Bleu. I make quick work of my business and race back inside... straight to the cute whale... JONAH, snatch it up and hop up on the big bed! Mission Accomplished!

For those who think I didn't beg to go outside with a purpose in mind... Heh heh heh... You are as naive as the Mom and the Bleu. I do this all the time, and boaf em fall for it!!! Ever single time!!! Just sayin.

Never mind all that... BIG FANKS TO THE LOVEY!!! This is very tasty whale, and I love him very much!!!

And please... don't feel so bad for the Bleu! By the time he decide to come back inside, he had a multitude of choices to play wif... and he pick GOLDY the gold fish what make the whoopwhoopwhooopwhoopwhoop sounds like the bubbles! And he play wif it until he decide he had rather use it as a pillow...

GOLDY is tiny pillow... but a pillow, still.

And there's no denyin my happiness... I have hopped on the clean sheets, and I have a JONAH, courtesy of my Aunt Dav and Cousin Lovey!!!

The Mom pulled out a few more toys what she fink me and the Bleu might like... and then she put the great huge bag back up outta our reach. Check em out... and this is just a tiny shmorgasboard of what I might pick from tomorrow!

And when we wake up this mornin, we did so the sounds of... whoopwhoopwhooopwhoopwhoop!

And as for me... when I hopped on the big bed early this mornin, I brought the Navy Fighter Plane on board!!!

Day 554: Christmas Night, Part Two

My the Mom has been gone for a longer than while I am happy wif today but in end... it is small price to pay for what great gift she come back wif! And it is from the Cousin Lovey!

I don't know why the Bleu intimated by it... I all up in it! And it is gooooood!!!

F-elant and G-Raff and some chewy fings! And I get somewhat carried away wif the treasures...

I pull em off on the floors... and troof be tole I want em boaf.

The Mom she let the Bleu pick toy he want... and he pick G. So here I am wif the F!!!

Day 267: Havin Me A Birfday!

And got proof by first Birfday Card I ever receive... ever!

Day 239: Happy Valentine Day to the Mom!

The Mom get real surprise in mail today on a counta me and the Bleu surprise the Mom by sendin her Valentine card!

I think the sentiment just fine way it read, but the Bleu he say "Luke try hog spotlight but what bout me, should say we" and the Aunt Dav agree and she who after all is drivin us round town and well... puttin stamp in velope on a counta it stick to my fur so I say yeah it true... we.

For me and the Bleu, it our first and most special Valentine and we share ours... the Mom!

Wonderful big surprise and comfort bout our new life is the Aunt Dav who we love and wish most happiest and specialist Valentine Day! Just like the Mom got two sweethearts, she do too... what go by name of the Uncle Benjy and the Cousin Lovey!

And we three wish Happy Valentine Day to those most special and loved loved loved three!

Day 207: My Cousin Lovey

Loyal readers you know my Cousin Lovey who I love just one small octopus more than a ton!

And I just receive her holiday photos what show that sweet girl wif some her bounty!

Lovey real pretty girl and she got her a new tree this year and this is a picture of her underneaf it.
She lucky and loved girl what eat foods I only dream of and she got golf cart what she ride in and other neat stuff...

She lucky too she have her Mom the Aunt Dav who is not just good but most excellent photographer who capture her moment in the snow unlike the Mom's photograph of the Luke on the porch in the dark!
And one day soon Lovey might also have golden retriever pet what she call the Luke who live in the Uncle Benjy's barn (along wif the Mom and the Bleu, of course)! Just sayin. Could happen!

Day 188: Christmas Eve

Been rainy day here and I sad the Mom left me this mornin but she give me Kongy so I let her go and she back fore long with bounty from Aunt Dav, Uncle Benjy and Cousin Lovey!

I got tasty treats, Buddy Biscuits what I love, a cute ping-win, a reindeer wif the pointy feets and a skatin reindeer!

The Mom said I just ate and she know on a counta she one who fix supper and she say I can't have treat so pick toy and play!

I take close look at each and love em all then try hard to make choice.

I love em all and gonna play wif all em till decide who sleep wif me tonight. Will let you know.

I feel real bad now for takin the Henry... Hope Lovey have Merry Christmas, anyway!

Day 185: Sneaky Boy

Not only we got lit up tree wif stuff hangin on ever branch, but the Mom bags o stuff and boxes in colorful paper underneaf. And well bein somewhat a curious Luke, I decide sniff in each bag. Well sniffin led to rootin and next thing I know I got a octopus.

The Mom saw it and she say no it for Lovey, and she put it back. Minutes later I forget she say no but member the octopus, and I get it again. The Mom say no again then put big box in front of tree and then got busy in other room on this here computer... and then I member octopus again and go get him from behind box. Was almost caught cause box made sound when I hopped on top it... but made clean get-way.

Then when the Mom found me in the big bed with the colorful octopus, she nounce too late cause I had sucked it till soppin wet. I say sowwy and she say I should say sowwy to Cousin Lovey on a counta the Mom order octopus special for her and I steal and suck it.

So to Cousin Lovey, I sowwy. I not know much bout Christmas custom and did not see name on bag. Luke good boy who sometime do naughty thing.

I hate you missin out on Henry what I name him (8... get it?). I not steal him on purpose just thought surely mine... Merry Christmas! Love, Your Cousin Luke.

Day 164: My First Ornament

Christmas... I just can't get over all these new things happnin. Take this, my first ornament, given me by cousin Lovey!

It got gold doggy like me huggin bone, and I like it... but why it hangin high up on tree?

LoveLove gave it to me! Don't hardly seem fair and I text her and thank her and then tell her what the Mom done...

And you won't believe what she text me back... she say "It MEANT to go on tree, silly! You posed to put things what you like and what honor you and yours, sometime even funny things. It what make tree yours!".

Well, well, well... Lovey one smart cousin... it DO look good up there!

Day 113: Get Well Wishes!

I received my very first ever greeting card today with get well wishes from Aunt Dav, Uncle Benjy and my Cousin Lovey!

I hate that I need the wishes, but I'm grateful for the warmth, love and support of my new family!

Pretty precious card... and ticularly fittin my whether watchin and all we been through lately!
