Day 628: Under My Pecan Tree Tuesday

It was a beautiful day here today and the varmints were active...  And that mean I am charged wif checkin my pecan tree for the squirrel activity.
Though I have observed and carefully documented their movements from the back door blind, I have now also confirmed their earlier positions wif the pinpoint accuracy of... well, my nose!
And now I move around to back side of tree, where I usually find remains of tree-top picnic. I mean, I have found all kinda tasty fings here... peach pits, plum pits, figs, walnuts, bread and pecans (of course). I even one time found a cigar butt (don't ask)!
And today, I hit the mother load... well, till my the Mom unloaded the big fruit pit (unidentifiable) from my mouf!
Gotta love the springtime... when it ain't stormin!

Glad to hear you have a storm free day, Luke. Looks like you are scoring big out there. Daisy will be happy to come and help you look, if you want.
