Day 893: Celebration!

This mornin started wif the absence of tasty breakfast foods, followed by a trip to Sugar Land Veterinary Specialists... not exactly where I hoped we were headed, but it was a good visit for a lot of different reasons:
  1. I got to see Sweet Lauren!!!
  2. I received my LAST regular Vaccine today! Woohoo!!!
  3. We had a swell visit with Dr N, and he said I look great!!!
  4. We were there less than an hour, and the Mom never left me!!!
  5. I'm goin to miss the peoples, but I'm excited that I have free monfs before I go back!!!
How... you ask... did I celebrate my return home this mornin??? Wif a good chase, of course! [The Mystery Narrator missed the chase from the back door, but picked up on the action as quickly as she could!]
Fank you all for your continued support of Team Luke and the Love Protocol!!! Your well wishes and words of encouragement help more than I could ever properly express, except to say... I treasure your Friendship!!!

Yippee for Luke and his Team! You will just beat this thing, I know!

We have a high wire that goes across our back yard and sometimes the squirrel gets up there and takes off on it. I sit under it and make prayings that the squirrel will fall, but he never does yet. My Mom says not to give up!

Kisses,
Stella

It has been too long, and you look wunderful, Luke! Yay - 3 months before seeing the VET again - that's reason for celebratin' in our books!!! Isn't squirrel and breakfast the same thing??? "Breakfast" is one of our fave words, but when there is possible tree varmint - it's a tough choice!!! Loved the movie of you - very soon, we think you will climb that tree!!!

Yea Luke !!!!!!!!!!!!!! So Happy to hear you are doing good and no vet visits for a few months.
You come when called as good as Sophie & I do when our Mom or Dad calls us. BOL
Especially if we have a squirrel up a tree, but they cheat and jump from limb to limb and right out of our backyard into the neighbors, we can't go over the fence.
The darn squirrel then sits up in the neighbors tree and laughs at us.....one of these days.......BOL

We are wiggy waggy happy about your good news, Luke! And are very impressed with your anti-squirrel patrolling! How WAS breakfast? Did you get celebration waffles with whipped cream?

What wonderful news, Luke! We are so very happy for you. Now doesn't Mom understand that you were hoping that your breakfast would come down from that tree?
