Today is the Second Anniversary of My Day 86...
and The Day Our Lives Were Changed Forever by
The Hurricane Ike
The Mom and I bonded over 17 days wifout electricity.
I blogged by paw on paper and took pitchers, lit by a lantern.
And then fings took a turn for the even more serious...
The Mom found my tiny lump.

We did not know you back then, but are so glad we got to read all of those posts. Interesting how those things can be funny looking back but were not quite so funny then. The hu-dad went through Hurricane Hugo (but that was long before any of us - we were amazed that there was electricity to do without way back there in 1989 - but we know he had no internet to lose).

I'm glad you made it through that! Hopefully you won't have anything else like that to deal with again!
