Day 779: Saturday Reflections

Happy Saturday from the searin heat of the Houston, Texas! Now let's go inside!!!
It has been a better week for me, and wifout the storms, I have been able to fink wif a very clear head about all fings that suck in the world, as well as all fings I treasure in my heart. And boy-o-boy, there are lots of boaf.

It has been a sad (and let's face it, angry) week of senseless tragedy, and we have taken many moments to pause, honor and remember the Bear-Bear and his family. Sometimes the world seems like not such a good place, but then...

I learn that The Fiesty 3 and Family came up wif the most foughtful idea of a prayer chain, and they created the Paws of Prayer Circle! What a wonderful idea, and I am all in!!!
In my prayers especially this week is that handsome boy, The Phantom. He's an awesome boy, recoverin from some surgery and is havin to wear the cone, comfy tho it may be. I have the feelin that this special boy is goin to be just fine, but please to keep him in your prayers!
Ooooops.
:::Funder:::
I heard that!!!
 Bunker calls!!!
Gotta go!!!

... But while I'm indisposed, may I suggest The Saturday Pet Blogger Hop for your pleasure and entertainment?

 I fink you will find some very interestin tails told by some swell Pet Bloggers. And for details and rules on how to join the fun, please head over to Nigel's place at Life With Dogs!

We are also saddened by the news of Bear-Bear and have been seeing it on TV...We hope that justice is found for this horibble crime and I also hope that "peace and coolness" is found for you too!! (We like the idea of the prayer cirlce too!!)

The Bear Bear story is nothing but horrible and evil.

Phantom sends you big thanks for thinking of him and for all your very nice and supportive comments. He is flat out miserable in his cone, and he isn't even halfway to removal yet.

Hope that thunder disappeared quickly for you.

Woos ~ Phantom, Thunder, and Ciara

Woof! Woof! Yes it's been a sad week ... lots of unkind things happening to lots of pets.
I do understand your fear of thunderstorms ... ME too. I hide in my crate or under the bed. Summer will be over soon.
